Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 175°c / 350°f
Mix the flour and butter together with a pastry mixer or knives. Form into ball
Place parchment paper (in size of baking tray) on surface.
Dust parchment paper with sugar and roll dough in 1.5cm / 1/2", in a square shape
Slice the dough into long rectangles. Pierce with fork in regular patter.
Move paper to backing sheet and bake for 35-50 minutes, until just starting to brown
Remove from oven and let cook on cooling rack
